Our purpose, and the way we live it
Why we exist. To build software and services that are simple, adaptable and genuinely innovative — helping organisations coordinate their teams, keep them engaged, and help them grow.
How we work. We want our own teams to thrive, not just perform. We keep our edge and push each other to raise the bar. And we take real pride in delivering for our clients and partners.
Our expertise: workforce management software
Time and attendance, scheduling, activity tracking - used by more than 1.5 million people every day, in France and beyond. Every deployment is configured around how you actually operate and the regulations you have to meet.

Product Manager
“As a former Chronos client, I joined Asys in 2021 as a Functional Consultant. What motivated me was curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow. Now, as a Product Manager, I work closely with technical and business teams to continuously improve our solutions. What I appreciate most is the freedom to take initiative, the supportive team environment, and the pride of contributing to a dynamic and growing company.”
Nellie
Customer Care Consultant
“Every day at Asys is different, engaging, and rewarding. Over the past six years in Customer Care, I’ve worked on meaningful projects that help improve our solution and enhance customer satisfaction. My role goes beyond traditional customer service . I support the evolution of software configurations and help resolve complex issues. What I value most is the collaborative environment, the freedom to take initiative, and the opportunities for professional growth. This culture of teamwork and continuous challenge is what makes me want to keep growing here.”
Sébastien
Technical Lead
“I started at Asys as an intern and grew alongside the company, moving from Developer to Technical Lead and then Engineering Manager. My day-to-day work is diverse and rewarding: supporting my team, leading technical projects, and helping our clients get the most out of our solution. What I enjoy most is seeing my colleagues grow and contributing to a company where customer satisfaction and innovation are at the core of everything we do. Here, every idea matters, and nothing feels impossible.”
Our story
2026
Smart scheduling at the heart of workforce management
Asys has signed a strategic technology partnership with Probayes, a specialist in artificial intelligence (AI) and data science for healthcare. Together, the two companies are taking hospital scheduling a step further, with an AI-powered scheduling solution built natively into workforce management software.
2024
Opening up our share capital
In 2024, Asys entered a new phase of growth by opening up its share capital to Capza Growth Tech and to the Asys management team.
With Capza on board as a minority shareholder, Asys has the backing to pursue its ambitions: consolidating its position as a market leader and continuing to raise the bar in SaaS. Anne-Sophie Kieffer, CEO of Asys, retains a majority stake.
Capza's investment marks an important milestone, and reflects the steady, well-managed growth Asys has sustained since it was founded.
2022
A complete HRIS suite
With the acquisition of the recruitment platform KissMyJob, the Asys HRIS suite now covers hiring too — with a solution built for small and mid-market organisations.
Recruitment is high on our customers' agenda. KissMyJob brings recruiters, managers, candidates, and HR directors together in one seamless experience, and integrates natively with Premium-RH, So'Horsys, and Chronos.
2021
A new chapter
In 2021, Asys broadened the scope of its software with the acquisition of Premium-RH, a software company offering a complete HRIS.
The move reflected the group's ambition to support organisations across every part of their HR remit, beyond time management and scheduling.
Premium-RH brought deep expertise in recruitment, performance reviews, training, and skills management.
2010
Acceleration
Anne-Sophie Kieffer took over as CEO of Asys. Shortly afterwards, the acquisition of Chronos marked a turning point.
A segmentation strategy — Chronos for the enterprise segment, So'Horsys for the mid-market — accelerated the group's growth. Within ten years, Asys had established itself as a reference in time management and scheduling.
Acceleration also meant growing from 8 to 140 people.
The company opened a second site in Nantes, in western France, bringing it closer to its customers.
In 2015, the integration of VekiaPlan confirmed the group's technical depth: an automated scheduling solution built on operational research, developed in partnership with Inria.
2000
Where it began
Asys was founded with a clear ambition: to make time management simpler, and to support organisations through change with innovative HR software. From the outset, the company specialised in time and activity management and in scheduling, with an approach built around user needs and organisational performance.
