You can choose between three security levels depending on the type of document to be signed. The cost of the electronic signature varies according to the security level.
- A simple electronic signature can be used for equipment handovers or for signing two-year performance reviews.
- An advanced electronic signature is the most commonly used for documents that may lead to disputes, such as employment contracts, security clearances, and annual performance review reports, especially when they include financial commitments.
- A qualified electronic signature requires more rigorous identity checks of the signatory and has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
