Organization of the Collection of User Personal Data by Asys
If a User requests to contact Asys, they must complete the form provided for this purpose, accessible on the Website. The User agrees to provide all the information requested on the contact form. Otherwise, the contact form cannot be sent to Asys. The User agrees to provide Asys with accurate and truthful information about themselves. The User is solely responsible for the consequences arising from the information they provide to Asys through this contact form. The data requested on the Site for the purposes of the form, and which Asys collects, are as follows: contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and job title; and IP data collected through the use of cookies on the Site. This data is processed for customer relationship management (contacting the User), statistical analysis, and marketing purposes (when the User has given their consent to Asys by checking the box provided for this purpose on the contact form). Activity on the Site (connection and usage) is also recorded by Asys (log). This data is recorded solely for traceability and data security purposes and is retained by Asys for a maximum of one year.
Asys is responsible for processing the personal data that the User provides during a simple visit to the www.Asys.fr website. Asys is committed to ensuring the complete confidentiality of the data collected and compliance with applicable French and European legislation in this area. Asys is authorized to collect, process, and use information concerning the User. This data is retained by Asys for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed. Asys is the sole owner of the User's information.
Sharing of data collected on the Site:
If the User has consented during registration on the Site, Asys and its partners may send them promotional emails offering new products, promotions, etc.
The User can unsubscribe from emails from Asys or its partners at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided.
Personal data collected in connection with the implementation and operation of solutions distributed by Asys:
In order to provide the subscribed service, Asys collects and processes personal data as a data processor within the meaning of the Law, that is, on behalf of and under the instructions of the client acting as the data controller.
This processing and Asys' commitments are defined in the contractual documents concluded between the parties.
Cookie Policy:
Asys also informs the User that cookies record certain information that is stored on the User's device.
This information is used to generate website traffic statistics and to suggest products based on items previously selected during past visits. A pop-up message asks the User beforehand if they wish to accept cookies, which they can refuse. These cookies do not contain any confidential information about the User.
The User can express their consent or objection to the use of these cookies by configuring their internet browser accordingly, following its user guide.
