Organization of the Collection of User Personal Data by Asys
If a User requests to contact Asys, they must complete the form provided for this purpose, accessible on the Website. The User agrees to provide all the information requested on the contact form. Otherwise, the contact form cannot be sent to Asys. The User agrees to provide Asys with accurate and truthful information about themselves. The User is solely responsible for the consequences arising from the information they provide to Asys through this contact form. The data requested on the Site for the purposes of the form, and which Asys collects, are as follows: contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and job title; and IP data collected through the use of cookies on the Site. This data is processed for customer relationship management (contacting the User), statistical analysis, and marketing purposes (when the User has given their consent to Asys by checking the box provided for this purpose on the contact form). Activity on the Site (connection and usage) is also recorded by Asys (log). This data is recorded solely for traceability and data security purposes and is retained by Asys for a maximum of one year.
Asys is responsible for processing the personal data that the User provides during a simple visit to the www.Asys.fr website. Asys is committed to ensuring the complete confidentiality of the data collected and compliance with applicable French and European legislation in this area. Asys is authorized to collect, process, and use information concerning the User. This data is retained by Asys for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed. Asys is the sole owner of the User's information.

Personal data collected in connection with the implementation and operation of the solutions distributed by Asys
In order to provide the subscribed service, Asys collects and processes personal data as a data processor within the meaning of the Law, that is, on behalf of and under the instructions of the customer acting as data controller. This processing and Asys' commitments are defined in the contractual documents concluded between the parties.
Cookie policy
When the User visits Asys websites, small files called cookies may be stored on their computer or mobile device. They are used to make the websites work, to measure their traffic and, if the User agrees, to measure the effectiveness of Asys campaigns.
Consent management: on their first visit, a banner informs the User of the use of cookies and allows them to accept them, reject them or customize their choices by category, with equal ease. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to function are placed without consent. As long as the User has not made a choice, no other cookie is placed: simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent. The User may change or withdraw their consent at any time via the “Manage my cookies” link at the bottom of every page of the Website.
Retention periods: two separate periods apply:
- The User's choice (accept, reject or customize) is stored for 6 months. After this period, the banner is displayed again to ask for their choice.
- Cookies placed with their consent have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. An audience measurement or advertising cookie (for example Google Analytics) is automatically deleted no later than 13 months after it is placed.

Third-party cookies: some cookies are placed by third parties (Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, YouTube), which process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Browser settings: in addition, the User can configure their browser to block cookies; some features of the Website may then be impaired.
